Carolyn (Lyn) Fraleigh LMSW

Lyn Fraleigh is a Licensed Master of Social Work (LMSW) and a proud graduate of Arizona State University. She is deeply passionate about assisting individuals with their basic needs, empowering her clients, and aiding them in discovering their strengths and essential resources. Lyn possesses a diverse range of experience, having worked with adolescents, adults, and geriatric populations across various settings, including residential treatment centers, prisons, community environments, and hospitals. Most recently, Lyn served as a medical social worker, where she emphasized creating a safe and productive treatment environment. She believes that such an environment is crucial for clients to feel secure while working on their treatment goals and developing comprehensive aftercare plans. Lyn feels privileged to support individuals in their treatment and therapy journeys, fostering their growth and well-being with professionalism and compassion.
